It is with a sense of accomplishment and pride that I congratulate you all on your graduation. The past four years had been for you an experience that could never be described in a couple of lines. Truly, four years of searching, sweating and working for your ideals was never a joke.
Graduation from college is always a momentous occasion not primarily because it makes the completion of your studies, but because it is a prelude to an important decision that must be made as regards to the choice of a life work.
Your physical therapy school, your hospital affiliations, the faculty and staff of this institution have provided you with the proper milieu, the right encouragement, some measured compulsion graded to develop you to think for yourselves in a rational and scientific manner; to hone in you the skills in the science and art of medicine. We do pray and hope that we have imbued and instilled in you the proper attitude that will eventually be the bases for the lifelong commitment to a successful physical therapy career.
The faculty and staff of the UST Institute of Physical Therapy join me in wishing you all good luck and good health. May God bless you!
